Do I have to register to place an order?

Why can't I login to my account?

How to reset the password?
If you forgot or want to reset your password, just click the "Forgot your password?" link on “sign in” Page and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password.
How do I know what size to choose?
Please note that different products with different size, we list size chart on each product page. We suggest you follow the size chart details and measure the hip, bust, waist and then choose the correct size.
What does one size mean?
It means there is only one size for this item. It is usually fit to people who in size M, but it may also fit size S to L. we suggest you measure the bust, waist and hip according to our size chart and check if one size fits you.
What's the material of the item?
Different items have different material. You can check the description of the items you want; there are more details of the item information.
Is the real color the same as the photo?
Yes, but there is a slight color variation due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings. So the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100%.
ORDERING & PROCESSING
Why an item added to my shopping bag was sold out?
An item added to your shopping bag is saved for a total of 30 days, however stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. If an item is extremely popular and in limited stock, it might be sold out before you come back to checkout. Therefore, you are encouraged to submit payment as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Service staff with
your change or cancellation request details included.
How do I know my order status?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is confirmed, and a shipment confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped. If you have Modecute account, you can log in to check the status.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Modecute will typically process orders 5-7 business days upon payment. Your processing order will go through the following steps:
a. Receiving and collecting items to your order
b. Inspecting your items quality
c. Packing and printing shipping labels.
Once the above 3 steps have been done, we will ship out your order.

Why my payment is pending?
You might attempt to pay us via PayPal e-check. At this time we haven't received your payment yet, please check your Paypal account or bank account balance and confirm whether your funds are sufficient. If the payment has been completed successfully, Paypal will send us the confirmation.
Why I can't pay for the order?
If you have trouble to make payment through our payment ways, please check the details of your card info to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In case your payment is still refused, we suggest you try a different card or payment method.

Why am I being asked to "Verify" my payment?
Your order is on hold for Payment Verification by Modecute fraud prevention team. This is a standard process for payment safety review, since fraud continues to have a meaningful impact to online consumers and merchants, it is our responsibility perform this anti-fraud check to protect our shoppers from any unwanted billings. When it comes to fraud, our risk control agents will process a refund to the original payment account. Therefore, any financial details are efficiently protected.

How much is the shipping cost?
We offer 2 shipping methods, Standard Shipping (shipping time is 10-15 business days), Express Shipping (shipping time is 3-7 business days). You can refer to the related information here for more details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)
How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ship out your order, we will send you an email with the tracking information or you can log in to your Modecute account to track the status. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to activate.
Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
Orders might be divided into different packages due to a difference in processing time or there are many items in your order which need to be divided.
Will I have to pay any tax?
We cannot promise that there will be no sales tax due to the different customs policies that countries have. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Modecute. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country. All packages are shipped from China and are Delivery Duty Unpaid. Custom tax is charged by local county, it is the responsibility by customers.
What happens if I am not in when the package arrives?
Signature may be necessary when the package is to be delivered, so it is better for you or somebody else to be at home. If you have missed the package, please check with your local post office with your tracking number to pick up the package as soon as possible, otherwise, it will be returned or destroyed as unclaimed package.

Orders might be divided into different packages due to a difference in processing time, or Modecute ships order from different warehouses and in some cases we may have to divide your order so that you can receive some of your items faster. Please rest assured, if we make a mistake, we will resend the missing item at our cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
What is your Return/Exchange policy?
We have strict quality control standard to make sure all the items we ship are in perfect conditions. If you are not satisfied with the items you received or you receive an item that is not in its perfect condition, we gladly accept the return and exchange within 30 days from the date you received your package. How do I return or exchange an item?
Please contact our Customer Service staff first if you need to return or exchange item(s) for some reason, we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the Return/Exchange Process Steps provided.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep tracking your returned package to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Modecute is not responsible for packages sent with a return form not provided by us. Also, Modecute do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Can I have a full refund for the return?
We will offer the refund of the items you returned not include the original shipping fee, and shipping fees to return the items are at the customer's own expense and are non-refundable.
How long will I get the refund?
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, you will receive an email notification. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
